These Privacy policy and cookies policy describe the rules of privacy and cookies usage on the www.admstars.com (“Website”). The Website is operated by ADM STARS ENTERTAINMENT LTD. Our registered Office is at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT (United Kingdom). Our registered company number is 9803473.

Collected personal data are processed in accordance to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

We do our best to protect the privacy and information transferred to us about users. We take appropriate software and organizational technical means, to secure processed personal data, especially to secure them from releasing them to unauthorized people, disclosure, loss and destruction, unlawful change, as well as from processing with violation of existing law regulations.

Children under 16 years cannot use the Website. We do not plan to collect personal data relating to children under 16 years.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes and within this scope:

  • to provide services as reading the Website; 
  • to provide services which require giving data as data contained in the contact form on the Website, company name, e-mail, phone number, name and last name;
  • to provide services to apply to a job offer as per the application form, name, last name, e-mail, phone number, as well as education, work experience, nationality, pictures and video links;
  • to establish, exercise, execute or defend legal claims – personal data provided in the contact form and any other which are necessary to evidence legal claims;
  • to process complaints, requests and replies to Users questions, we are processing personal data provided by you in the complaints and requests, to provide answers to questions raised in a different way, as well as data about the services we provide which are causing the complaints or the requests, and the data contained in the documents attached to the complaints and requests;
  • to run market and consumer studies by us or our partners as information about the services, your data provided while using our services, e-mail. The data gathered during the market and consumer studies are not used by us for marketing purposes. VOLUNTARY PROVIDING OF PERSONAL DATA

Providing of personal data is voluntary and is a condition to provide services on the Website by the Controller.

 

PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed for a period necessary to provide the services to the User.

Personal data may be removed in following cases:

  • when data subject asks to remove the data or withdraw the given consent;
  • when data subject does not act for more than 3 years;
  • after getting information, that stored personal data are outdated or inaccurate.

E-mail, name and last name can be stored for the next three years for evidence purposes, to examine complaints, legal claims related to the services provided by the Website – those data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Personal data of unregistered Users are stored for the same time as the lifecycle of the stored on the device cookies or until they have been removed from the User’s device by the User.

 

RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

We may transfer personal data to following categories of recipient of personal data:

  • authorized bodies as: police office, prosecutor office, ICO, if they request them;
  • services providers, which we use while managing the Website, for example to process the order. Depending on the contract agreements and the circumstances, those subjects act on our request or define targets individually and ways to process;

The suppliers and employers working with us have their headquarters in the United Kingdom, Poland or in other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA), for example Ireland. Some of them have their headquarters outside of the EEA. Your personal data transferred outside of the EEA will be protected with necessary legal protections in a way that our suppliers guaranty high level protection of personal data.

This guaranty is coming from their obligation to apply contractual clause defined by the EU Commission or their participation in the EU-US Privacy Shield program established with the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2016/1250 on the 12th July 2016 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Data subject has the following right set forth in GDPR:

  • the right to access;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to restrict proccesing
  • the right to object to process;
  • the right to data portability;

The Controller is obliged to immediately, but no longer than 1 month from the day of receiving the request from the data subject, inform you about all activities regarding your request. In case of a complicated request or due to a high number of requests it is possible to extend the 1 month period by 2 additional months.

In this situation the Controller will inform you about the need to extend the time to reply to the request and will provide the cause of the extension within a month from receiving the request.

 

THE RIGHT TO ACCESS

You have the right to obtain from the Controller the information whether your personal data are being processed.

If the Controller processes your personal data, you are entitled to:

  • access the personal data;
  • request information about the purposes of processing, the category of processed personal data, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom personal data are or will be disclosed, envisaged period for which personal data will be stored or if not possible the criteria used to determine that period, right to request from the Controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data, to object processing, right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, source of personal data, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and about appropriate safeguards where personal data are transferred to out of the EU.

THE RIGHT TO RECTIFIACTION

If your personal data are inaccurate, you have the right to request from the Controller the rectification of your personal data without undue delay.

THE RIGHT TO ERASE

You have the right to erase personal data, if:

  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • you lodged the object to the processing your personal data according direct marketing, including profiling;
  • you lodged to object to the processing of your personal data according to the necessary processing for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party.

Despite your request to erase personal data, the Controller has the right to process personal data to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims purposes. You will be informed about that.

THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING

You have the right to restrict processing personal data, if:

  • you contest the accuracy of your personal data – the Controller will restrict the processing of your personal data for a period enabling to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • the processing is unlawful and you request the restriction of processing of personal data and oppose to erase them;
  • your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes of the processing, but they are required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • you have objected to process your personal data – pending the verification whether the legitimate businesses of the Controller override the grounds provided in your legal claim.
